Read: Psalm 119:101–105
A lighthouse is usually a tall tower built near a body of water. The lighthouse has a bright light that burns on top of it. Lighthouse lights are used in the dark of night to warn passing ships about dangerous rocks and cliffs or to help guide boats into a safe harbor.
Today’s verses talk about how God’s Word is a lamp to guide our feet and a light for our path. Sometimes life can be dark, difficult, and filled with tough decisions and situations that we don’t know how to handle. When we follow God’s instructions and remain obedient to His Word, He will show us the path that leads to everlasting life with Him.
