2. I can’t get on

3. I see the picture but nothing comes on when I hit the start button.

4. Pat and Robin Are you able to hear and see facebook live but not get on zoom?

   1. I didn’t try to get on zoom. Just went to the live chat.

      1. No sound or motion for me.

5. Some homes may be experiencing internet issues.

6. We are testing from cell phones and getting audio and video on facebook.

7. If you can check you audio setting on the device you are watching from. We apologize for the difficulties. We can’t find any issues on our end.

8. The Facebook live feed will be available to watch as a recording after the live feed is over if you are having difficulty now.

9. If having difficulty try closing out the video and bring it back up again and see if it works then.
