- Are you willing for your criticism to be rejected?
- Ask yourself “Does this criticism have any hope of being successful?”
- Ask yourself how important is this criticism?
- How to successfully make a criticism
- It must be done face to face
- Be as practical as you possibly can
- If you want to reject or ignore the criticism then count the cost…It will cost you something
- Consider what action or attitude changes need to be made in light of the constructive criticism
